Exchanges Available

Wrong Size

If you receive the wrong size item, we will exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability).

  • • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • • Exchange subject to correct size availability
  • • No additional charges for size exchanges

Factory Defects

If there is a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item for a replacement.

  • • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • • Must be a genuine manufacturing defect
  • • We reserve the right to assess the defect
  • • Replacement item will be provided

Our delivery team will collect the original item and deliver the replacement in one visit.

Custom Orders

Special Policy for Custom Orders

Custom-made items are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be exchanged unless there is a genuine factory defect or wrong size was delivered.

Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming your custom order.

What's Not Covered

The following are NOT covered by our exchange policy:

  • • Change of mind or preference
  • • Customer dissatisfaction with style or design
  • • Items damaged by customer misuse or accidents
  • • Items that have been used or assembled
  • • Items not in original packaging
  • • Requests made after 7 days from delivery
  • • Items purchased as clearance or sale items
