2. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Payment is due upon delivery of your order.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery

Delivery Areas: We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and availability.

Delivery Options:

  • Ground Floor Delivery (Free): Delivery to your door or ground floor entrance
  • Room Delivery (£20 per item): Delivery and setup in your chosen room

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery within 2-5 working days, Tuesday to Sunday (Monday delivery depends on postcode).

Order Confirmation: Our factory will contact you 1 day before delivery via SMS or phone call to confirm your order and arrange the best delivery time.

4. Exchanges Only

No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind or customer dissatisfaction.

Exchanges Available: We offer exchanges only in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Size: If you receive the wrong size item, we will exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability)
  • Factory Defects: If there is a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item for a replacement

Exchange Process: Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery for assessment. We reserve the right to determine if an item qualifies for exchange. Exchange requests must be approved before any action is taken.

Custom Orders: Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a genuine factory defect or wrong size was delivered.

5. Product Information

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

Custom Orders: Custom-made items are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Warranty: All products come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product description.

Data Usage: Your personal information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes.
